Welcome to Grow
Sandi McKenna first began practicing yoga and meditation as an eleven-year-old and has maintained a practice throughout most of her life. Yoga and meditation have become integral to Sandi’s well being, keeping her mind centered and her spirit elevated. Yoga has given her a gift like no other. She became certified (RYT-200) through Yoga Alliance in 2011 and has enjoyed sharing this gift with others ever since.
